Purposes: deliver the WebAR service, host videos, maintain system security, respond to contact requests.

The videos you upload via POPCard are hosted to ensure easy access for users scanning the corresponding printed materials. To provide a smooth and frictionless experience, these videos are accessible via direct URL links, without additional authentication or encryption.

This means that anyone with the access link can potentially view the photo and associated video, even without scanning the original printed material. Therefore, we recommend that you do not upload any confidential or sensitive content.

11. Rights to Hosted Photos and Videos

You remain the sole owner of your videos. POPCard will not make any commercial use of them, and you may delete them at any time via the administration interface.

12. Changes to the Policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect regulatory or technical changes. The version published on the website is the one applicable at the time of consultation.
