Terms of Use – POPCard.live

1. Service Overview

POPCard.live is a digital platform that allows users to associate a video with a printed support (photo, flyer, magazine, etc.), using augmented reality accessible via a simple scan, without requiring any app download.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the POPCard.live website or using its services, you agree to these Terms of Use without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the service.

3. Access to the Service

The service is accessible online from any Internet-connected device with a modern browser compatible with WebAR. No application is required to view the content.

4. User-Generated Content

By using POPCard, you may upload your own videos. You remain the sole owner of your content and confirm that you hold all necessary rights for any media you upload (video, audio, image).

Videos are accessible via direct URL without password protection or encryption. Therefore, we advise against uploading confidential or sensitive content.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use POPCard for any unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, or pornographic purposes. POPCard reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The POPCard platform, its interface, brand, logo, and original components remain the exclusive property of POPCard and its founder, Vincent Guigui.

7. Limitation of Liability

POPCard aims to provide a high-quality service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete freedom from bugs. POPCard shall not be held liable for data loss or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

8. Personal Data

Using the service may involve the collection of technical data and, where applicable, personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Duration and Termination

These Terms of Use remain in effect as long as you use the service. You may delete your account or content at any time. POPCard may suspend or terminate access in the event of a clear violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

POPCard reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of POPCard’s registered office.
